Bess isn't working because the router out there is quasi-fubar, and isn't packet filtering right. It should be fixed by now, but you never know with Doug and Greg if the job will be done right the first time, or if once they get to it it'll take them five or six trys. In all seriousness, that new router hasn't been the greatest in the world, so to speak, and it's been giving us fits ever since we got it.
