James, James, James.... just relax. Do not fill out the part that says "may we contact your previous employer" leave it blank if it does not apply to you. You can leave the two pages blank about previous employers. They dont care. And about screwing up? Just get someone else to go in and ask for an application, tell them to ask for 2 incase "they" screw up. It will all work out just fine. If you want help, I would be happy to help you fill it out. Hell I left half my job ap blank and I got a job. They wont care if you've had a job before. Your still in school. They dont expect alot of work experience.
