Any of you guys (except Jimmy) ever get the feeling that your parents are intentionally trying to make you feel unwelcome in your own home? Like they want you to feel "unloved"?
Since I mannaged to single handedly ruin mothers day in the timespan of a little under 2 min, I have had the pleasure of knowing just how special my brother is, and how thankful my parents are to have him.
My dialogue with my mother today is as follows:
Me: Hi mom! How was your day?
Mom: Wheres your brother...
Me: In the bathroom...
...later on...
Me: How did you clean your CDs?
Mom: Glass cleaner.
Me: can I borrow the glass cleaner?
Mom: ...
...later on...
Me: I dont have to work on thursday, and one of my friends invited me to go to youth group with her, is it ok if I go? Its from 6 to 8:30...
Mom: Why should I care what you do. (then she leaves the room)
...later on...
Mom: If your done with my glass cleaner put it back.
Me: Im still cleaning my room...
Mom: Are you using it?
Me: Im going to dust.
Mom: ... your supposed to use dust spray.
Me: Do we have dust spray?
Mom: How the f*rig* should I know? Go look. *edited for content*
JD has been asked about his day, and talked to about his classes and about what he wants for dinner tonight. She is currently giving him a hair cut.
This has been going on for 3 days now.
Im tempted to just leave.
