Um....the stuff in that kind of extinguiser is really quite harmless......it's more or less baking soda and talc. You wouldn't want to take a concentrated hit of it,and it might sting in your eyes a little, but it won't really hurt you. If the people running the place new jack shiot they'd know to just let it settle and then sweep/vacuum it up. Now, on the other hand, a Halon extinguiser is deadly dangerous. Halon is a clear, odorless, colorless gas that bonds to oxygen. It's also heavier than air. The end result of Halon is you suffocate in perfectly good air, if it gets into your lungs.
