And racing.

It seems when I’m not busy with any of that, I just stare at the wall blissfully.

This is a situation where you must think every move through very thoroughly before you do anything....talk to people who have dealt with L&I before.
Remember, the pricks at L&I like nothing better than screwing some poor working fucker. When it comes to spine and joint injuries, they have it easy....these kinds if things are very hard to prove one way or the other.
