I can't sleep, I really can't fucking sleep. I read some more of "Temple of the Winds" - It got my mind of the crap I keep thinking about when I close my eyes. Sword of Truth novels are pretty good books, I love em. Glad I chose to read them when I was ask / told to.

I'm still cold. The space heater is on, the window closed, sweaters on me. I'm fucking cold, I'm shaking and I don't know WHY!! Feel like throwing up. I haven't done that in quite some time, I hate it. Just makes me more sick.

I'm drinking juice, trying to calm myself down - I'm healthy as hell... why am I jittering and shaking ?
Juice is good, although it's that damn Raspberry Kiwi stuff which I had a gripe about some time ago. Good stuff though.
