take all of the following text :

and then copy/paste it into your web-browser address area.
hit enter - a little box will show up.
you might have to even " login " to blogger.
this is what I use to post.

Also - if you're using MIE - in the address bar to the far left there is a little paper with an "e" on it. Click & Drag this onto your "links" tab. then right click the big box that is there, and go to " rename " -- rename it to " quick blog " and then next time you want to post / just click on "quick blog" ... the box will pop up and then all you have to do is hit post/publish right then and there.

of course - you could have all done this by going to blogger.com and clicking on the 'settings' button that is availabe - at at the bottom of the settings page there is a thing called " Browser Shortcuts " which would have done exactly what I just told you to do.
